Importing

We maintain a diverse portfolio of wines focusing on indigenous grapes from Spain and Italy. Our specialty is working with wineries to introduce their wines to the California market. We handle all FDA registrations, TTB label approvals, and all Prior Notice and shipping logistics. Once the wines are in the USA our jobs is to market the wines and build the brand.

Exporting

For wineries looking to expand to new markets in Europe, Asia, and South America, we offer our exporting services. We operate as a winery’s external export department in order to save wineries time and money. Our job is to find reliable and long-term import and distribution partners in targeted markets.

Distribution

Focusing mainly on our home state of California, we work diligently to market and build the brands we work with. Our goal is to find premium placements for all our wines that serve their target customer. In addition, we work with distributors outside of California in order to help further spread the reach of our import portfolio.

Wine club

Through Club Perlage, our online wine club and blog, we ship specialty sparkling wines and Champagne directly to consumers across the USA. By selling directly to consumers we are able to give them the best prices on the most unique and small production sparkling wines. We get to know our customers and build relationships with them so wineries are able to enjoy deeper relationships with their buyers. We offer exclusive wine deals and custom wine events as well. Club Perlage aslo has an online shop in addition to a lifestyle blog which has articles, recipes, and photos to help our wineries further engage with their fans.

Enotourism

In the fast growing sector of wine tourism, we work with our partners in order to build and grow their enotourism business. This includes organizing group tours, creating bespoke food and wine experiences, and also hosting corporate events. After the tours are over, we help our wineries stay in contact and continue working with everyone who has visited them.

Private Equity Investment

We work with both private and institutional clients from all around the world who are interested in investing in the wine industry. We specialize in deal sourcing, due diligence, and active asset management. Our job is to target and restructure underperforming brands that have long operating histories.
